Unsafe links opening new tabs

Pages of this site that open another site in a new tab without rel=noopener or noreferrer.
Why it matters
The site opened can reach back through window.opener and send this tab somewhere else - a phishing trick. Current browsers imply noopener for target=_blank; older ones still in use do not.
How to fix it
Add rel=noopener to every link with target=_blank that leads to another site.
Skitter runs this check on every crawl, and lists each page it finds with the evidence: the header, the tag or the link that gave it away.
