Why it matters
A thin page gives a reader little to stay for and a search engine little to understand. It is not always wrong — a contact page can be short — but a site of them usually is.
How to fix it
Say what the page is for and answer what someone arriving at it wants to know, or fold it into a fuller page and redirect it there.
