Description outside the head
IssueMedium priority
Pages with a meta description below the head, where a search engine does not read it.
Why it matters
A description in the body is not a description: the result shows whatever the engine takes from the page instead.
How to fix it
Move the meta tag into the head.
Skitter runs this check on every crawl, and lists each page it finds with the evidence: the header, the tag or the link that gave it away.
