Missing H1
IssueMedium priority
Parsed pages without an H1 heading.
Why it matters
The H1 tells readers, screen readers and search engines what the page is about. A page without one usually has its headline marked up as something else.
How to fix it
Mark the page's main headline up as an H1.
Skitter runs this check on every crawl, and lists each page it finds with the evidence: the header, the tag or the link that gave it away.
