Multiple H1s
WarningLow priority
Parsed pages with more than one H1 heading.
Why it matters
HTML allows it and search engines cope, but several H1s often mean a logo or a sidebar title is marked up as the page's headline.
How to fix it
Open the page's details to see each H1. Keep the real headline and make the others H2s, or plain text.
Skitter runs this check on every crawl, and lists each page it finds with the evidence: the header, the tag or the link that gave it away.
