Why it matters
Usually nothing at all — several sections is what H2s are for. It is worth a look only where a template repeats one on every page, or where the H2s carry what should have been the H1.
How to fix it
Nothing, if each H2 opens a section of its own. Otherwise make the template's repeated headings plain text.
