Meta refresh redirects

Pages of this site that send visitors on with a meta refresh instead of an HTTP redirect.
Why it matters
A refresh happens only after the page has loaded, is not a redirect to every tool that reads the web, and may not pass the page's standing on as a redirect does.
How to fix it
Replace it with a 301 redirect from the server.
Skitter runs this check on every crawl, and lists each page it finds with the evidence: the header, the tag or the link that gave it away.
