Missing title

IssueHigh priority

Parsed pages without a title tag, or with an empty one.

Why it matters

The title is the headline of a search result and the name of the browser tab. Without one, search engines make something up.

How to fix it

Give the page a title element in its head that says what this page, and only this page, is about.

Skitter runs this check on every crawl, and lists each page it finds with the evidence: the header, the tag or the link that gave it away.
